REDESIGN: Working in conjunction with other designers, such as One Pretty House Interiors (www.1PrettyHouse.com) Golden Gryphon Designs offers full interior redesign, redesign for events, and staging for sale capabilities as well as curb appeal assessments and updates.

FOR SALE: Working with local Real Estate professionals, GGD offers redesign and staging for sale for the interior of a home, as well as full curb appeal assessments and recommendations for improvements prior to listing, as well as for improved traffic to the sale property.

LANDSCAPE: GGD offers full landscape remediation plans for homeowners who want to spruce up or improve curb appeal, drainage, or general privacy screening. We also manage landscape remediation for former rental properties or properties in estate. GGD brings beauty and curb appeal back to weary, neglected or weed-filled yards.

Golden Gryphon Designs provides flexible plans, from hardscape to fountains, always mindful of the homeowner’s budget. All plans can be created on a phased basis, allowing expenses and additions to be spread out over several seasons. PET FRIENDLY DESIGN: Being pet owners ourselves, we bring a welcome pet-friendly sensitivity to our design projects.
